Processing times
All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

- Home delivery with Colissimo: 2–4 business days, €6.90
Free shipping from €30 of purchases, regardless of the products ordered.
Delivery outside France
Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco: Colissimo, 3–5 business days, €9.90. Free from €70.
European Union and Switzerland: Colissimo, 5–7 business days, €14.90. Free from €90.
United Kingdom: Colissimo, 5–7 business days, €19.90. Free from €100.
Norway, North Africa, Turkey and neighboring countries: Colissimo, 7–10 business days, €24.90.
Rest of the world: International Colissimo, 7–14 business days, €34.90.
Delivery fees are shown before the order is confirmed. Outside the European Union, any customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Complaints
