Satisfaction guaranteed: 30 days

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it to us, with no need to justify your decision and no penalty fees. This period includes the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons regarding products that are ingested or applied to the body, products must be returned to us complete, unused and in their original, intact packaging, along with a copy of the invoice.

How it works

1. Write to us at contact@hairnshape.com with your order number.
2. We’ll confirm your request and give you the return address.
3. Send back your parcel within 30 days.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Refund

The refund is issued via the payment method used for the order, within 5 business days after receipt and verification of the return.
