Terms & conditions of sale

1. Seller identification

The hairnshape.com website is published by CANOPUS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Pontoise Trade and Companies Register under no. 951 886 555, whose registered office is located at 11 Impasse Guillaume Apollinaire, 95370 Montigny-lès-Cormeilles, France. Publication director: Mr. Ait Ihda Mohamed, President. Contact: contact@hairnshape.com. Customer service: Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.

2. Scope of application

These terms govern all sales of HAIRNSHAPE products made on the hairnshape.com website, with delivery in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Europe and the rest of the world. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

The products offered are dietary supplements and hair care products. Their essential characteristics are described on each product page. The customer remains responsible for choosing the products. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical treatment or allergy, seek advice from a healthcare professional before use. Results vary from person to person.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery fees. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown before the order is confirmed. Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

5. Order

The customer builds their cart and confirms their order after entering delivery and payment details. A confirmation email is sent. HAIRNSHAPE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute, payment default or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, using the payment methods offered at the time of order. The order is only processed once payment has been accepted.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and terms are detailed in our shipping policy. In mainland France, orders are shipped within 24–48 business hours and delivered within 2–4 business days.

8. Returns and refunds

The customer has 30 days from receipt of their order to return it, with no need to justify their decision, under the terms of our returns and refunds policy. This period includes and exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance sales. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Legal warranties

The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.

10. Liability

HAIRNSHAPE cannot be held liable for delays or loss of parcels resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor for use of the products that does not comply with the instructions on the packaging and product page.
